We were told the bin strike was over last November but we're still receiving complaints from local residents who have been coping with missed collections.   On a regular basis vulnerable residents who should receive assisted collections continue to be ignored and in some cases, whole roads have been missed.  Rubbish is again becoming a regular sight on our streets. 

The responsible Cabinet Member has again apologised for the failure of the system but this doesn’t help the hard pressed Council Tax payer who’s going to have to find over £7million this year because of the mismanagement of the Council.
